Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals Policy:
Running a sustainable business is a delicate balancing act. I strive to provide exceptional care while also ensuring that my practice operates smoothly and efficiently. I understand the importance of flexibility in scheduling, making it easy for you to access massage therapy. However, it's also crucial for me to maintain a consistent schedule to earn a living wage so I am able to support myself and my family. To strike a balance between flexibility and sustainability, I have implemented a policy for cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals. My aim is to respect your time while also honoring my own, allowing me to continue providing quality care to all my clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service fee.
No-Show Policy:
If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Exceptions will be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances, and I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible in such cases.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
