Massage Therapy Training
- I completed a 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma in 2005 and have pursued advanced training in various specialized techniques. My education includes anatomy and biomechanics, pain science, treatment principles, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, and Orthopedic Assessment and treatment across various regions of the body. I’ve also focused on integrating mindfulness and movement into Massage Therapy through my Yoga Therapy training for a more integrative approach, supporting mental health as much as physical. This extensive training allows me to offer comprehensive and effective treatments tailored to your needs.
Yoga Teacher Training
- My yoga journey includes a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Diploma, a 1000-hour Yoga Therapy Diploma, and advanced training in Myofascial Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, and Yin Yoga. Building on my extensive experience as a Massage Therapist, I incorporate a deep understanding of body mechanics and therapeutic techniques into my yoga offerings. This integration allows me to provide a holistic approach that enhances both physical and mental well-being, blending traditional yoga practices with hands-on insights from my Massage Therapy background.
